It feels good to be back.

After nearly two years away, The Nerdyverse of Madness is returning with a fresh facelift, a sharper focus, and the same mission I had when I first launched it—to celebrate fandom in all its messy, wonderful, obsessive glory.

When I first started this project, my vision was pretty simple: I wanted a place where I could write, talk, share, and rant about the things I love—anime, horror, comics, collectibles, and a little wrestling—and connect with people who geek out over the same stuff. What I didn’t fully realize at the time was how much this space could be about community—real community. That’s been forming in the back of my mind, but now it’s right at the front.

This isn’t just about me posting reviews, lists, or collector finds. It’s about building a hub where fans can see themselves reflected, where conversations start, and where voices from across fandoms get heard. Where we can debate why The Last Jedi belongs in the Star Wars top three, or how Neon Genesis Evangelion is, honestly, just okay.

Over the coming months, you’ll see not just my words here, but articles and features written by fandom friends I deeply respect. These are people whose perspectives, collections, and passions bring something unique to the table—and this platform will amplify those voices.

I’m also building this as a legacy. My son’s getting more interested in the Nerdyverse, and as he grows, I’ll be giving him a piece of this platform to explore as well.

What excites me most now is carving out a corner where people feel welcome, where knowledge is shared, and where fandom becomes a celebration instead of a competition.
